นำเรื่อง
ก่อนหน้านี้ น้องๆ หลายคนเอ่ยถึงการเรียน region นี้ด้วยความคึกคะนอง มีทั้งผู้ที่เฝ้ารอการมาถึงอย่างใจจดใจจ่อ ด้วยความหวังว่าจะได้เรียนรู้ในสิ่งที่เฝ้าฝันมานาน และผู้ที่หมายมั่นปั้นมือว่าจะทำคะแนนให้ได้สูงสุดโดยอาศัยความคุ้นเคยจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตน แต่เมื่อผ่านไป 2 dissections เสียงเหล่านั้นก็ค่อยๆ แผ่วเบาลงไป กลายเป็นเสียงบ่นเบื่ออย่างที่คุ้นเคยกันดี
ขอให้น้องๆ นึกเทียบเคียงกับบรรดาอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่เราใช้งานอยู่เป็นประจำ เราอาจกดปุ่ม สัมผัสจอหรือสั่งการทำงานได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว เกิดผลอย่างที่ใจเราต้องการ แต่การกระทำของเรากลับไม่ได้แสดงถึงความเข้าใจในส่วนประกอบและกลไกการทำงานแต่อย่างใด กล่าวให้ชัดเจนขึ้นคือ ประสบการณ์การใช้งานไม่ได้สะท้อนความเข้าใจในรายละเอียดของอุปกรณ์เหล่านั้นเลยแม้แต่น้อย มันเป็นคนละเรื่องกัน

Urogenital (UG) triangle : general concepts
- มี UG diaphragm ยึดระหว่าง 2 ข้างของ conjoined rami
- UG diaphragm คลุมด้วย supr & infr fascia of UG diaph.

- Colles' fascia ติดที่ขอบหลังของ perineal memb.

ท้ายเรื่อง
ในที่สุดงานประเพณีรับน้องข้ามฟากก็ได้กำหนดการที่แน่นอนเสียที หลังจากถอยร่นมาหลายต่อหลายครั้งด้วยเหตุผลประการต่างๆ ตั้งแต่ปลายเดือนกรกฎาคมที่ผ่านมา
แม้จะต้องเลื่อนกำหนดการมาหลายครั้ง แต่ประเพณีรับน้องข้ามข้ามฟากปีนี้ ก็นับว่าเป็นโอกาสอันดีที่น้องๆ ศิริราชรุ่น 121 จะได้แสดงให้รุ่นพี่ศิริราชทุกรุ่นได้เห็นว่า ระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมากว่าครึ่งปีนั้นไม่ได้สูญเปล่า แต่เป็นช่วงเวลาสำหรับการเรียนรู้ข้อบกพร่องและปรับปรุงแก้ไขตนเองให้พร้อมสำหรับความเป็น "ลูกศิริราช" โดยสมบูรณ์
การรับน้องของชาวศิริราชเกิดขึ้นจาก "การให้อภัย" ระหว่างรุ่นพี่ต่อรุ่นน้อง จนกลายเป็นประเพณีสืบเนื่องมากว่า 80 ปี การให้อภัยนั้นจะเกิดขึ้นไม่ได้เลยหากขาดองค์ประกอบ 2 ประการคือ 1) ความรักของรุ่นพี่ที่มีต่อรุ่นน้อง และ 2) ความสำนึกในการกระทำที่ผิดพลาดของรุ่นน้องเอง
ความรักของรุ่นพี่นั้นมีพร้อมอยู่แล้ว อยู่ที่น้องๆ พร้อมจะรับมันหรือไม่ เท่านั้นเอง...
